Gary Sumner

Gary Sumner has lobbied in Florida since 1998, and has extensive experience as a Legislative Consultant providing services ranging from policy analysis and advocacy to consensus building and communication with Florida's Legislature. He provides our clients with specialized support services that includes the review of legislation and client specific reporting and tracking on all bills filed in Florida. Gary also has experience in the insurance regulatory area for companies that are looking to do business in Florida, or are already licensed in the state and are looking to expand or change their operations. He has experience in all areas of the licensing process, including the preparation of company applications, to assistance in the rate and form filing process with the Florida Department of Financial Services and Office of Insurance Regulation.
